How can I buy more than 1 pass at once?

Unfortunately, you can’t. Multiple passes in single purchase is currently not supported yet at the moment. However, you can always re-purchase the same deal while it is still available if you really need to get more than one pass.

What does the pass validity mean?

Pass validity denotes the valid stay dates that a guest can book for at the hotel of the associated pass. You can start to book anytime on any day you want after you have purchased a pass as long as the reservation stay dates fall within the validity of the pass. Of course, this condition is only valid if the pass has yet to expire and also subject to room availability of the hotel.

Must I book all the rooms included in a pass once I make a pass redemption?

No, you don’t really have to use up all at once. While it’s totally fine to fully redeem all the rooms under a single reservation, you can also use split up your redemption into multiple separate stays.

Is the pass transferable?

No, you can’t change the ownership of the pass. But you can always make a room reservation for a guest under a different name.

I'm making one single reservation with multiple rooms. How will my balance available nights be affected?

Your balance available nights will be deducted in accordance with the number of rooms times the number of nights of the reservation. For example, if you book 2 rooms for a single night stay, a total of 2 nights will be deducted from your balance available nights of the room pass.

Do I have to create a login if I want to purchase a pass? Is it possible to just purchase without having to create a login?

No, you don’t really have to use up all at once. While it’s totally fine to fully redeem all the rooms under a Yes, a valid login would be required upon purchasing a pass. If I accidentally booked an extra room or extra night, is it possible to amend the changes?

Unfortunately, any cancellation or amendment of the particulars for any room reservation is not possible.

How is MyRoomPass different than say Agoda, Booking.com etc?

MyRoomPass is uniquely different as compared to Online Travel Agent (OTA) because we are selling hotel room passes, not rooms. The purchased room pass can then be used to reserve the room stays at the respective hotel on any later dates at the guest’s convenience. This means guest gets to lock down the cheaper price, but can decide to stay anytime he/she wants later.

Is this pass/deals similar to hotel vouchers?

Both room passes and vouchers allow guests to book rooms reservation on any later date they want. However, while vouchers normally allow guest a one-time off stay, room pass provides extra flexibility where it allows guests to book multiple stays at a particular hotel on any date they prefer.
